Job summary The QS Billing Engineer will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects including the preparation of cost estimates billing management and ensuring efficient financial operations on site Key Responsibilities Billing Management Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms Cost Estimation Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials labor and equipment for various stages of construction projects Quantity Surveying Measure and value the work done on-site and coordinate with construction teams to ensure quantity and quality of materials Contract Administration Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project goals timelines and budgets are met Payment Verification Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely processing of payments to contractors and suppliers Software Proficiency Auto-CAD MS-Office Key Requirements Experience 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Site-Based Experience Willingness to work on-site with strong adaptability to dynamic project environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in residential real estate projects Familiarity with regional construction standards and practices Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
