About The Role The Business Analyst at ePS plays a pivotal role in supporting the product management team by assisting in the development of detailed specifications, tracking project progress, and ensuring the accuracy of product testing and delivery. This position requires a proactive individual capable of translating complex business requirements into functional specifications that guide software development. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure that product features align with business objectives and customer needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of five years of experience in software development or modification within the printing or packaging industry is required. Familiarity with software design methodologies, web technologies, and databases is essential. Experience working within SCRUM or Agile frameworks is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. A solid understanding of various printing methods and industry-specific workflows will be advantageous. Responsibilities The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, understanding, and translating business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and test plans. Designing user scenarios and executing beta site programs will be essential to verify that product functionalities meet specified requirements. The role also entails understanding long-term business strategies and suggesting innovative solutions to improve processes and product offerings. Maintaining thorough documentation of site visits, meetings, and action items is vital for tracking project progress.
