Job Description Quality Assurance Lead (QSV) is responsible for SW quality assurance and SW quality management activities of identified eDriveprojects both within India & Germany including supplier SW Quality.Purpose of this team is to ensure quality compliance in order to achieve type approval of our global eDriveproducts. QSVworks in close collaboration with projects to achieve / enhance overall /end-to-end SW quality (both product quality and process quality) by deploying processes, best practices, ensuring Process Compliance and Process Improvements while maintaining 100% customer/user satisfaction. Responsibilities: Understand project scope/ business and existing process methodology and enhance Product Quality by defining and executing Quality Plan/deploying processes in accordance with organizational QMS and ASPICE standards. Ensure Process Compliance and deploy best practices across projects Contribution to Product QualityAssurance through hands-on Work product reviews, Static Code / Test Coverage analysis, pre-delivery checksetc. Perform assessments/ audits and Software Maturity reviews. Manage, execute and track quality activities (including Release Management) in projects to achieve targets for time, cost and quality Responsible forsupplier SW Quality as applicable Skill Requirements: Exposure to Quality Management practices supporting embedded system (software)projects Exposure to Product development or ECU/ System development Understanding of Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent quality standard and implementation experience Supplier Quality Additional Skills: ASPICE Certified Assessor Internal auditor / assessor for ISO 9001:2015 or ASPICE HIS Audit Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety standard& IATF16949 Job Description - Grade Specific As an experienced leader in Quality Engineering, you are the interface between our client and the test team. You therefore work at a project level to create and implement test plan for end to end tesing. You need to have good communication and people management skills, coach and mentor the team while also building strong relationships with the client.
