We are seeking an experienced ASPICE Provisional Assessor to join our Global Product Organization (GPO) team at Aptiv. As an ASPICE Provisional Assessor, you will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the process maturity of our organization, ensuring compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) requirements. Your expertise will help us drive process excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain our competitive edge in the automotive industry.

Your Role
- Assist in conducting ASPICE assessments of Aptiv's processes, supporting the identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis) to inform process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to evaluating process maturity against ASPICE requirements by gathering and organizing objective evidence under the guidance of a Provisional or Competent Assessor.
- Learn and develop foundational knowledge of ASPICE principles, guidelines, and assessment methodologies through on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and assist in creating and tracking corrective action plans.
- Provide administrative and analytical support in preparing and maintaining ASPICE assessment documentation, including reports, findings, and recommendations.
- Participate in internal audits and management reviews to gain insight into the effectiveness of the quality management system and its alignment with ASPICE.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business administration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process assessment, auditing, or quality management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Prefer ASPICE Provisional Assessor certification but not required.
- Basic understanding of ASPICE principles, guidelines, and assessment methodologies.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., PERSON, Six Sigma) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) an asset.
- Fluency in English

Good to have
- Experience with Automotive processes and systems.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 26262).
- Certification in other assessment methodologies (e.g., CMMI, ISO 15504).
