Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality remote network support to enterprise customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution - Diagnose and troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and security problems across LAN and WAN environments - Support and resolve incidents related to DNS Security, VPN, and SD-WAN - Collaborate with global engineering teams to escalate and document product issues, driving improvement and innovation - Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content - Contribute to continuous process improvement within the Network Support Division Desirable Certifications: - Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or Juniper (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) in Routing & Switching or Wireless Required Skills & Experience: - Excellent English communication skills.
