IT Network

We are looking for a skilled IT Network & System Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network infrastructure, firewall management (Fortinet), and cloud environments (Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS). This role involves managing and supporting our clients' IT systems, ensuring network security, uptime, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager).
• Design and implement secure and scalable cloud environments on Azure and AWS.
• Provide system and network support for on-premise and cloud-based servers.
• Monitor system performance, perform backups, and ensure data security and disaster recovery readiness.
• Handle VPN setup, LAN/WAN connectivity, and network security policies.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Respond to support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement network upgrades and optimize performance.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
