The ideal candidate is a leader who can successfully develop and manage a diverse team. You will solve client problems while providing exceptional service and help develop new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Delivery Leadership: Own overall delivery for one or more large strategic accounts in the Data Engineering/Analytics domain. Ensure successful execution of programs/projects by meeting timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Drive governance with internal and client stakeholders and ensure transparency and issue resolution. 2. P&L and Margin Management: Own account-level P&L; ensure topline growth and margin expansion. Identify levers for cost optimization, pyramid balancing, and location strategy. Track and manage budgets, forecasts, utilization, and delivery metrics. 3. Stakeholder and Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders (business, IT, procurement, and CXOs). Act as a trusted advisor and engage in strategic discussions to identify opportunities and drive value for the client. Partner with sales and presales teams to support mining, renewals, and new business opportunities. 4. People and Practice Leadership: Lead and mentor delivery managers, architects, and data engineers across geographies. Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning. Collaborate with the CoE and practice teams for talent development and technology innovation. 5. Technical Excellence: Bring deep understanding of modern data architecture (cloud data platforms, data lakes, streaming, ELT/ETL, etc.). Guide and review solution design and architecture for complex data programs. Stay current with trends in GenAI, cloud-native platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data stacks. Required Skills & Qualifications: 16+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in account delivery leadership roles. Strong experience in delivering data engineering, data platform modernization, and analytics programs. Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP), Big Data, ELT/ETL tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, etc.). Proven track record of managing large teams (onsite/offshore), with responsibility for P&L. Excellent client-facing skills, including stakeholder management and executive presence. Strong problem-solving, program management, and organizational skills. Engineering or technical graduate; MBA is a plus. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have): Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, AWS Big Data Specialty, GCP Data Engineer) PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications
