Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive Manager to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VMS or Surveillance Solution Sales strong technical understanding and a proven ability to drive business growth through consultative selling Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions - Manage channel partners system integrators and enterprise clients - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets - Conduct client meetings product demos and solution presentations - Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams for solution design and proposals - Handle tenders RFPs and pricing negotiations - Maintain an accurate sales funnel and CRM updates - Stay informed on competitor products technologies and industry trends Required Skills Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Engineering IT Electronics or related field MBA preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in VMS CCTV or Security Solution Sales - Good understanding of IP-based surveillance networking and integration with analytics - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Self-motivated target-oriented and able to work independently - Willingness to travel Compensation CTC Fixed Incentives Attractive performance-based rewards ref updazz com
