Job Description

Job Overview:

- The GNM is responsible for ensuring effective execution of duties within the assigned domain. The role involves a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to achieve company goals
- Clinical knowledge pertaining to clinical history taking, prescription and medicines
- Responsible for coordinating Tele-consultations
- Responsible for registration, clinical history taking, remote examination of the patient and necessary documentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive innovation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (specific qualifications may vary by job role).
