To oversee the planning design execution and management of MEP systems in construction projects This role involves coordination with various stakeholders ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving efficiency and quality in MEP system The candidate will possess strong leadership skills technical expertise and a proven track record in managing large-scale MEP projects Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the MEP team providing guidance and support throughout all project phases Develop and implement MEP strategies policies and procedures to ensure efficient project execution Oversee the planning design and execution of MEP systems for multiple construction projects Ensure that MEP designs meet project specifications codes and regulations Monitor project progress budgets and timelines ensuring adherence to schedules and cost control Collaborate with project managers architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and installation of MEP systems Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related inquiries and issues during the project lifecycle Establish and enforce quality control measures for MEP installations and systems Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Review and approve MEP shop drawings submittals and as-built documentation Develop and manage MEP project budgets ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in MEP operations Build and maintain relationships with clients consultants and regulatory authorities Prepare and present reports on MEP project status challenges and solutions to senior management Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP management within the construction industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of MEP systems building codes and industry standard Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Positing Kolkata HO
