Position: Sr. Sales Executive – Chennai Experience: 6–9 years in Industrial Product Sales (B2B) Location: Chennai - Note: Apply only if you have experience in industrial or Water Industry Product Sales. We specialize in: - Fully Automated Water Treatment Plants - Valves, Pumps, and Panels - Automated Water Dispensing Solutions (Water ATMs) Headquartered in Pune, Initiative continues to lead the way in sustainable and automated water technologies across India. Key Responsibilities - Drive sales of Initiative’s industrial products in Chennai. - Meet customers regularly to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance. - Be ready to travel within Chennai as required. Qualifications - Education: Diploma or graduate in any field. - Experience: 6–9 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales; water industry experience preferred. - Languages: English (required), Tamil (required), and Hindi (optional). Skills: - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Ability to explain technical features effectively. - Other Requirements: Must have own bike for local travel. Compensation - Salary: ₹5–6 LPA (based on experience)
