Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Initiative's industrial products in Chennai.
  • Meet customers regularly to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Be ready to travel within Chennai as required.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Diploma or graduate in any field.
  • Experience:
    6–9 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales; water industry experience preferred.
  • Languages:
    English (required), Tamil (required), and Hindi (optional).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to explain technical features effectively.
  • Other Requirements:
    Must have own bike for local travel.

Compensation

  • Salary:
    ₹5–6 LPA (based on experience)
