About The Job
In this position, you&aposre responsible for leading the operational use of Microsoft Power Platformincluding Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio as well as no-code/low-code and RPA technologies to drive process automation and digital transformation. You act as a technical business analyst and an active developer, bridging business and IT, and identifying high-value automation opportunities.
You also:
- Serve as a hands-on enabler and subject matter expert in low-code/no-code and automation development.
- Guide business units in adopting intelligent and agentic automation tools.
- Take an active role in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Platform and RPA tools like UiPath.
- Establish governance, best practices, and security standards for scalable automation.
- Create training materials and reusable components to support citizen developers.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless integration.
- Has a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies and wants to develop and grow within the area and at the same time keep Seco at the forefront of innovation.
The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden or Pune, India and we apply a hybrid work solution.
Your profile
Were looking for someone with proven experience in data, automation, or digital transformation roles, with a focus on low-code/no-code platforms. You bring deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including solution design, governance, and lifecycle management, as well as a strong foundation in data governance, integration, and process modeling. Familiarity with agentic automation tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and experience with Agile, DevOps, and product-driven environments is a plus. Relevant certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365 are advantageous. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.
You combine technical excellence with a collaborative and customer-focused approach. By communicating clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you translate business needs into scalable solutions. Youre structured and analytical, yet flexible and curiousready to adapt to new tools and technologies. You thrive in dynamic environments where your ideas can shape the future.
