Our vision for the future is based on the idea that transforming financial lives starts by giving our people the freedom to transform their own We have a flexible work environment and fluid career paths We not only encourage but celebrate internal mobility We also recognize the importance of purpose well-being and work-life balance Within Empower and our communities we work hard to create a welcoming and inclusive environment and our associates dedicate thousands of hours to volunteering for causes that matter most to them Chart your own path and grow your career while helping more customers achieve financial freedom Empower Yourself The primary responsibility of Consultant Transition Mgmt PMO position is to work with operational leaders and Finance on headcount forecast projects for NA and India while ensuring the business is following current plan Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures by trend forecasting and monitoring variances This position also acts as a liaison to assist our partnership between NA and India to transition work and assists finance with presenting potential savings ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work closely with Transition Consultants in creating transition plans and documents to outline project expectations scope schedule and budget requirements Ensure transitions are carried out as planned and in timely manner and within budget Coordinate with legal ISO Risk Compliance Ops QA audit and Transition oversight committee TOC for necessary approvals Coordinate with support teams to ensure recruitment technology infrastructure and operational requirements are met Conduct periodic governance meetings to keep all stakeholders updated with transition progress Understanding and implementing key controls during transition phase to avoid any contractual risks Must possess demonstrated project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning execution time management decision-making presentation organizational skills 10 years of experience in Operations or Transitions PMO Good knowledge of MS Office MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint Polished and professional verbal communication skills experienced facilitator and briefer Must possess demonstrated project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning time management decision-making organization skills Problem solving and decision-making abilities with ability to work with limited supervision QUALIFICATIONS 6 - 9 years of hands-on working experience in Operations or Transitions PMO Graduate in B Com or a Master s Degree in any discipline Good knowledge of MS Office and proficient in MS Excel Hand on experience on data management reporting Overall understanding of US Retirement Industry and 401 k plans Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with Senior Management stakeholders effectively Self-starter and carry a proactive solution driven approach Strategic collaboration mindset We are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity All individuals regardless of personal characteristics are encouraged to apply All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age race color national origin ancestry sex sexual orientation gender gender identity gender expression marital status pregnancy religion physical or mental disability military or veteran status genetic information or any other status protected by applicable state or local law
