Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Navi Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Cloud Solutions, Digital Transformation, Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications, etc.). - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, Delivery) to ensure client requirements are met effectively. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. - Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. - Track sales metrics and report performance to management. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B IT / SaaS / Cloud / Software sales. - Strong understanding of IT products and services, with ability to explain technical concepts in business terms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, apollo etc.) will be a plus.
