Responsibilities - Lead and manage the engineering team for utility services, ensuring effective project execution. - Develop and implement strategic plans for utility service projects, focusing on efficiency and sustainability. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and compliance with regulations. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance metrics. - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. - Ensure that all engineering practices comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field). - 10-15 years of experience in engineering management, specifically in utility services. - Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion. - Strong knowledge of utility service operations, regulations, and industry best practices. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in project management tools and software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
