Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to represent our company by building a social media presence of our brand. This role demands a blend of creative writing expertise with a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy. You will be responsible for developing engaging scripts for various Long-form social media formats, including YouTube, and contributing to the overall content planning, creation, and distribution strategy. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about social media, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Scriptwriting & Content Creation:
- Develop original and compelling scripts for social media videos, particularly for YouTube, that resonate with our target audience.
- Scripts for Long-format social media videos, particularly for YouTube, that resonate with our target audience.
- Craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement.
- Adapt scripts based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Contribute to the creation of other social media content, including captions, posts, and stories.
- Social Media Strategy & Management :
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
- Create detailed execution blueprints to guide content creation and distribution across various teams.
- Analyze competitor activities and social media trends to create content strategy and optimize performance.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned social media channels, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
- Utilize standard strategies and innovative trial-and-error methods to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Propose and implement creative ideas to improve social media performance.
- Team Collaboration & Coordination :
- Coordinate with multiple teams, particularly on YouTube, to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related matters, providing clear and timely communication.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Facilitate project synchronization to maintain cohesive progress across all team members.
- Play a crucial role in resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive working environment.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization :
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks, ensuring thorough and proactive management.
- Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.
- Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, identifying effective solutions for any situation that arises.
- Demonstrate prompt and proactive decision-making skills to address issues and capitalize on opportunities.
- Industry Knowledge & Adaptability :
- Possess a foundational understanding of the Home Construction industry (or be willing to learn) and remain adaptable to dynamic trends and unexpected changes in the social media landscape.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 3 - 5 years of Social Media/YouTube Manager experience
- Passion for social media platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good with numbers and analytical skills.
- Balance between creative and analytical thinking
- Good management and organizational skills
