The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025. With 700+ people operations, the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back, Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer, they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021. Recent Media Coverage: The Economic Times , Feb 24 Designation: Product Designer Location: Bangalore Job Summary We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences across Rentomojo's mobile(android & ios) and web platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to enhance the overall customer journey. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights for product improvements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that align with Rentomojo's brand identity and business objectives. - Design seamless, user-friendly experiences across mobile and desktop platforms. - Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and execution. - Iterate designs based on feedback, data insights, and user needs. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process. Requirements - 3-6 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes. - Experience with design systems, usability testing, and user research. - Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Skills: figma,wireframing,ux design,ui/ux design,html,css,usabiliy test
