Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for high-quality human-centered designs and journeys for mobile and web applications.
- Any prior experience working on B2B SaaS products is favorable.
- Work closely with the entire product and development teams to deliver products with the best and most relevant user experience.
- Explore unique product experiences for our persona and implement best UX practices while leveraging our unique and evolving product offerings.
- Apply strategic thinking to visualize and advocate concepts while communicating them effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate thoroughly with stakeholders from product, and research teams and deliver high-fidelity designs, and that align with the user and company goals.
- Deliver wireframes, concepts, designs, and prototypes in a timely manner.
- Acquire a deep understanding of our targeted user base and end-to-end user journey.
- Research and experiment with both UI and UX and present them to the product team and/or other stakeholders with recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms in an agile environment.
- 2+ years of professional experience working on a product design team.
- Experienced in using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration tools like Figjam, Miro, etc.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- You have experience and the ability to design complex workflow-related tools that include presenting large amounts of information in a user-friendly way.
- Support and participate in the facilitation of user research activities (Including, user interviews, on-site or remote, field studies, etc)
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Intuitive experience identifying customer needs beyond the prominent features and functionality.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct, interpret, and present qualitative and quantitative feedback and research.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and roadmaps.
- Problem-solving and delegation skills.
- Understanding of client objectives and execution of said objectives.
- Experience as a Product Designer with a well-rounded portfolio.
- Time and project management skills.
