We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the agency or insurance sector, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with agency partners. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency sales growth.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve their sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the sales network.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for agency partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the agency or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agency partners.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals.
