Job Title: Sales Manager (Individual Role)
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Nashik, Thane
Salary: CTC up to 8.2 LPA
Experience Required: 2-6 years in Sales (Home Loans/LAP)
Mode of Sourcing: DSA (Direct Sales Agent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales of home loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) in the assigned regions of Nashik and Thane.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs (Direct Sales Agents) to generate leads and business.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients by offering customized home loan and LAP solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the credit team to ensure smooth loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and new product features in the home loan and LAP sectors.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding sales performance and market conditions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in sales, especially in home loans, LAP, or other financial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of home loan and LAP processes and the local market in Nashik and Thane.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
