Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure optimal performance. - Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. - Train and supervise showroom staff to meet company standards. - Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. - Maintain showroom appearance and organization to attract customers. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in retail management or showroom operations. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software. - Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
