Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and showroom demonstrations.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and specifications to effectively address customer queries.
- Assist in organizing showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
