We strive for excellence in our services to meet the diverse needs of our policyholders. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Jorhat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, providing appropriate insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves working closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in client management and relationship building - Knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly in the life insurance sector - Sales and marketing skills - Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions - Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the regional market are a plus
