The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collections department, developing strategies to improve collection processes, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and analyzing collection metrics, handling delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues related to payments and collections. Qualifications - Proficiency in managing collection processes and strategies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in negotiating payment arrangements and handling delinquent accounts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a team - Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
