Job Description Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve EV charger sales targets. - Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate developers, businesses, and individual customers. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support. - Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and marketing performance reports. - Represent the company at local trade shows, industry events, and networking forums. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 24 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (EV/automobile/renewable energy/technology sector preferred). - Strong understanding of EV market trends in India and sustainable energy solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) is a plus. - Self-driven with the ability to meet targets independently. - Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client meetings.
