Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiasticJunior Business Development Executive (IT Bidder)to join our dynamic Business Development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating business through online platforms likeUpwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH)by submitting compelling proposals, identifying relevant job postings, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on potential projectsacross platforms such asUpwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PPHfor services including web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
- Draft custom proposalsand cover letters tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct daily researchto identify prospective clients and understand project requirements.
- Maintaindaily bidding quotaand track responses, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand service offerings and client needs.
- Build and maintainclient relationshipsby ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with senior business development managers for lead handovers and strategy planning.
- Maintain records of leads, bids, conversations, and project outcomes using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Requirements:

- 016 monthsof experience in online bidding/business development through freelancing portals.
- Familiarity withUpwork, Fiverr, Guru, PPH(PeoplePerHour) or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge ofweb and mobile development, digital marketing, or software services.
- Excellentwritten communication skillsand ability to draft professional proposals.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle, client expectations, and pricing structures.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Willingness tolearn new tools and platformsfor lead generation and client communication.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

- Exposure to tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator,Apollo, oremail outreach tools.
- Understanding ofSEO/PPC services, especially if bidding for digital marketing projects.
- Experience working withCRM toolslike HubSpot, Zoho, or Bitrix24.

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduation in any stream (BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, etc.).
- Certification or training in business development, bidding, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
