Job Description Key Responsibilities - Franchise Expansion & Launch (Primary Mission) - Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify high-potential areas and leads for new franchises across Delhi-NCR - Lead Generation & Outreach: Connect with relevant decision-makers to present franchise opportunities - On-Ground Execution: Conduct site visits, assess locations, and build relationships with potential franchise partners - End-to-End Launch Management: Oversee the complete setup process for new franchises, coordinating logistics and ensuring brand compliance until a successful launch - Travel: Frequent travel across NCR; a pre-loaded metro card will be provided to cover travel expenses - Digital Presence & Brand Building (Office-Based Role) - Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Create engaging content, respond to the community, and support online campaigns - Office-Based Support - On non-travel days, work from our Noida office (Sector 63) supporting reporting and other administrative tasks About Company: At ZenniMate, we specialize in simplifying medical billing for healthcare providers across 40+ specialties.
