Job Description We are seeking a skilled and efficient AI Specialist with hands-on experience in AI-driven content creation, automation, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate should be able to develop AI-based solutions, create high-quality outputs, and support our marketing, design, and operations teams using AI tools. This role requires strong execution skills, creativity, and the ability to adapt quickly to new AI tools and technologies. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Tools & Content Creation - Create AI-generated creatives, ad copies, scripts, and visual assets using modern AI tools. - Generate unique ideas for ad campaigns, marketing creatives, and branding materials using AI. - Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Runway ML) to support the creative team. - Use AI-based video tools for short edits, transitions, and concept generation. - Generate SEO-friendly content drafts, keyword ideas, and structured outlines. Automation & Workflow - Build and implement automation workflows using AI tools such as Zapier, Make, or custom API setups. - Assist in integrating AI features into daily business processes (CRM, email automation, content pipelines). - Create templates, automation triggers, and AI assistants for recurring company tasks. Data & Analytics (AI-Driven) - Use AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and insights generation. - Support teams by converting raw data into meaningful dashboards or summaries. - Automate data-cleaning, report creation, and market research through AI. Problem Solving & Innovation - Stay updated with the latest AI tools, plugins, and model updates. - Suggest improvements to existing systems using AI-driven solutions. - Test new tools and evaluate them for company-wide adoption. Requirements - Experience with: - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama - AI image tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly) - AI video tools (Runway ML, Pika, CapCut AI) - Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) - Strong creative and analytical thinking. - Ability to explain AI-driven outputs to clients and internal teams.
