Job Description Description We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team at a well-established recruitment firm with 15 years of experience in the industry. This is a work-from-home position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and are looking to contribute to our recruitment efforts. Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates using various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for both parties. - Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding support. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and company culture. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and clients. - Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms and social media for candidate sourcing. - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with job market trends in India. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to track candidate progress and maintain records. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus, but not mandatory. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
