We are looking for freelance recruiters to help us find suitable candidates for various job openings.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Share shortlisted profiles with the hiring team

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment process
  • Laptop and internet connection

Salary: Commission-based
