**We are a leading Medical Scribing Training Center as well as a HBPO facility. As part of our major expansion, we are in need of a freelance recruiter to support our recruitment needs on commission basis.**
- Recruitment of profiles primarily Medical Scribe/Coder trainers, Faculties for OET and similar certificated medical transcription professionals, apart from other profiles.
- Managing job portals for posting advertisements and harvesting leads
- Coordinating and supporting for technical round / final rounds of interviews
- Salary negotiation (preferred - not mandatory)

- Basic understanding of concepts of Medical scribing, coding and transcription
- Time Management skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Leadership skills

This is a flexible remote based job.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
