Job Description Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely availability of materials, and seamless coordination with procurement, production, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including procurement, storage, stock movement, and stock reconciliation. - Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or stockouts. - Implement and maintain inventory control systems, procedures, and documentation. - Conduct regular audits and physical verification of inventory. - Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment. - Analyze inventory data to identify trends, reduce excess stock, and minimize obsolescence. - Prepare inventory reports, KPIs, and insights for management review. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for storage and handling of materials. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or EV industry. - Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to inventory optimization. - Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
