Dear Applicants,We are seeking an Inventory Manager for our GIVA -Warehouse , Bangalore( Banerghatta) Location. Interested candidates can go through the below job description and apply.Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all stock transactions are updated in the system.Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits (cycle counts and physical inventory).Monitor inbound and outbound stock movement and ensure proper documentation.Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock variances, and shortages.Implement and improve inventory control procedures and SOPs for efficient warehouse operations.Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock replenishment and forecasting.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and expired stock and take necessary actions.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Train and supervise inventory staff in stock management processes.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).4–7 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS).Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
