Dear Applicants,We are seeking an Inventory Manager for our GIVA -Warehouse , Bangalore( Banerghatta) Location. Interested candidates can go through the below job description and apply.Job Description: Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all stock transactions are updated in the system.- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits (cycle counts and physical inventory).- Monitor inbound and outbound stock movement and ensure proper documentation.- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock variances, and shortages.- Implement and improve inventory control procedures and SOPs for efficient warehouse operations.- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for stock replenishment and forecasting.- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.- Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory flow.- Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and expired stock and take necessary actions.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.- Train and supervise inventory staff in stock management processes.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).- 4–7 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software (WMS).- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Good communication and coordination skills.- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
