We are seeking a highly energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to be a foundational member of our inside sales team. You will be the primary voice introducing Landszo to the market, responsible for qualifying inbound leads and conducting high-volume outbound calls to set up valuable appointments for our field sales team. Primary Responsibilities - High-Volume Outreach: Conduct a high volume of daily outbound calls to real estate developers, brokerage firms, and top-tier agents within the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR market to introduce Landszo. - Lead Qualification (LQC): Qualify all inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria (e.G., business size, service need, contact person) to ensure they are a good fit for the platform. - Appointment Setting: Successfully convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments/meetings for the Sales Executive (B2B Onboarding) team. - Value Introduction: Clearly and concisely articulate the Landszo value proposition, focusing on how our AI/ML-enabled platform offers superior leads and market insights. - CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, call dispositions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system (e.G., HubSpot) to ensure smooth handoffs. - Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, contact rates, and qualified appointment generation. - Feedback Loop: Collect initial market feedback during calls and relay crucial information to the sales and product teams. Qualifications & Skills - Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development (BDR/SDR). - Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in a proptech, SaaS, or real estate environment is a strong advantage. - Knows to sell subscriptions of a platform, - Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone presence. - The "Closer" on the Phone: You possess a high-energy, resilient, and results-oriented attitude with a knack for overcoming initial objections and generating interest quickly. - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating CRM software and various sales enablement tools. - Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
