Job Description
- Students from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, interests, and buying motivations.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product/service details.
- Overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospects to encourage interest and trust.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective Students from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, interests, and buying motivations.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product/service details.

- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Adhere to scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards while communicating with prospects.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions to enhance performance.
- Preferred candidate profile High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.
Requirement:-
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident speaking voice with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover customer needs effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Previous experience in the Education sector is mandatory.
