We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager (GM) - Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the sales and marketing departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 18-24 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial capacity in Electronics Products & Tendering.

Lead initiatives that promote the company's offerings, leveraging market insights to optimize strategies.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth.

Relationship Building:

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

Opportunity Identification:

Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, clients, partnerships, products, and services that align with business objectives.

Plan Creation:

Develop comprehensive business plans that outline strategies for revenue growth, including sales forecasts and growth projections.

Industry Engagement:

- Represent the company at conferences and industry events, building networks and staying abreast of market trends.
