About McDonalds in India One of the world s largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonald s Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad Our global offices serve as dynamic innovation and operations hubs designed to expand McDonald s global talent base and in-house expertise Our new office in Hyderabad will bring together knowledge across business technology analytics and AI accelerating our ability to deliver impactful solutions for the business and our customers across the globe Supervisor L D Delivery Communications Marketing Engagement Location India McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor L D Delivery Communications Marketing Engagement role based in our India Global Business Services Office You will play a pivotal role in shaping how learning experiences are communicated promoted and embraced across the organization to drive adoption This role is responsible forcreating and executing strategies to promote learning and development initiatives manage change increase employee engagement and ensure effective communication across the organization You will work in a dynamic team of learning design professionals supporting a wide range of programs that span both corporate and restaurant audiences globally such as Leadership Development Inclusion Onboarding Restaurant Curriculum Corporate Development Engagement or Operations This role requires collaboration attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale while working with L D teams and stakeholders This role is ideal for a strategic communicator and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment and is passionate about driving engagement through compelling storytelling branding and stakeholder collaboration The candidate is expected to reside in India Responsibilities In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures principal accountabilities include but are not limited to Communications Change Management Create stakeholder maps and user personas to understand all the impacted audiences for a program or initiative Create and implement comprehensive change management and communication strategies to promote L D initiatives and programs and bring stakeholders along on the journey throughout the program lifecycle e g pre-launch launch and post-launch Craft clear concise consistent and engaging messaging aligned with McDonalds and Hamburger University brand and culture Collaborate with leadership HR and other stakeholders to ensure communication aligns with organizational goals and is relatable to many cultures and translatable into many languages Ensure all output is visually engaging and digestible to the target audience Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive adoption and engagement in L D programs and initiatives throughout the program lifecycle e g pre-launch launch and post-launch Create engaging content such as emails newsletters videos infographics posters digital content for social media and more to market learning initiatives including live or virtual learning events webinars or workshops to encourage registrations and engagement with the content Employee Engagement Develop strategies to increase employee participation in L D programs and build a community of learning influencers e g learning challenges learning awards etc Leverage course and platform evaluations to identify employee needs and perceptions of learning at McDonalds Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights Facilitate feedback loops with learners and stakeholders to continuously improve communication and engagement effectiveness Project Management Managing programs through pre-launch launch and post-launch phases Collaborating with stakeholders Coordinating across teams and markets Qualifications 5-7 years of experience and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in marketing internal communications external communications change management or related field Experience working in Human Resources Learning Development Communications Change Management or Marketing Engagement Experience operating in large multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed complex structure Experience working across many countries and cultures and creating content for different cultures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Knowledge of change management communications marketing engagement trends regulations and best practices Exceptional communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen Open to learning new systems and processes Positive attitude and a willingness to learn self-starter Strong ability to influence others able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Continuous improvement and growth mindset
