- Exceed business targets for topline and GP monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Identify, engage, build and close B2C Sales opportunities.
- Associate and achieve minimum business collaboration targets.
- Understand customer requirements and address it professionally.
- Oversee and manage business queries from customers on multiple business platforms including WhatsApp business accounts, Social Media etc.
- Prepare and present the business offerings to B2C clients.
- Build a strong Sales pipeline.
- Complete follow-up on SOPs
- Maintaining database to check daily sales on CRM
