Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Financial Services Associate to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial requirements, and providing tailored loan solutions such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and vehicle loans. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management, while ensuring excellent service delivery and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable loan options.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and required documentation.
- Assist clients through the end-to-end loan application and approval process.
- Generate leads, maintain client records, and follow up consistently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan acquisition and disbursement targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and financial compliance guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or customer engagement is a plus.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with resilience and confidence.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM handling)
