Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings on our website and various online marketplaces The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms This role also involves interacting with customers to address their queries and provide exceptional service when needed Responsibilities Listing Management Upload and manage product listings on our website and online marketplaces Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information including descriptions images and pricing Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly Optimize product titles descriptions and keywords for improved search visibility Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product content Listing Enhancement Continuously improve and enhance existing product listings to increase conversion rates and sales Optimize product images and ensure they meet the required standards for quality and consistency Customer Handling Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products promotions and policies Offer personalized assistance to customers to ensure a positive shopping experience Requirements Proven experience in e-commerce management preferably in listing products on websites and marketplaces Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools e g Shopify WooCommerce Amazon Seller Central Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in using MS Office and basic image editing software Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines If you are passionate about e-commerce possess a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic environment we would love to hear from you Join our team and contribute to our success in the ever-growing world of online retail Job Type Full-time Pay 120 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Udaipur Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience E-commerce 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
