Qualifications: Engineering Degree/ Diploma Experience:7+ years in engineering department in hotels, min. 2 years as supervisor Mandatory: Hospitality industry experience of property management & maintenance Preference: Specialization in HVAC chill water systems or in Electricals/ Electronics DO NOT APPLY: If specializing in IT/ tech/ CS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Property Maintenance: Preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in the hotel 2. Team Management: Lead & train engineering team to ensure timely rectification of any issues 3. Guest Service Support: Ensure swift resolution of guest-related maintenance issues with minimal disruption 4. Compliance & Safety: Enforce hotel safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards 5. Asset Management: Monitor and maintain all technical equipment and hotel infrastructure to prolong asset life 6. Energy Efficiency: Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage to reduce costs 7. Inventory & Budgeting: Assist in managing department budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination 8. Reporting: Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and reports on maintenance activities and incidents 9.
