We are inviting applications for the role of Manager - Business Development Research Ideal candidate for this role should be a strong communicator, skilled in company and industry research across a wide array of industries. Knowledge of consulting and advisory industry and verticals. Proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations. Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively. Responsibilities: .Generate insightful reports through research and analysis. .Able to write commentary and synopsis harnessing news and reports. .Analyze industry trends and market developments and present meaningful insights. .Efficiently screen transactions leveraging various databases to identify leads. .Develop competitive analysis models that could benefit the firms practice areas. .Create in-depth, relevant research reports on potential targets. .Assist in any adhoc research that stakeholders would require. .Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a competitive landscape. Qualifications we seek in you. Minimum qualifications .Graduate/BMS or an MBA (preferred) with 5+ years experience in a research role, preferably in a financial, market research or management consulting firm. .Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn. .Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholders to build a strong working relationship. .Time management skills with the ability to handle a multi-project workload with competing priorities across different business divisions / units. .Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities. .Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. .Strong organizational and time management skills able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines. .A strong desire to acquire new skills, software and capabilities. .Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information Why join Genpact .
