We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis 1 with expertise in South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes a strong understanding of ingredients and cooking techniques and a dedication to maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes as per the menu and guest preferences Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards Follow proper food hygiene safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen Assist with food prep inventory and mise-en-place for South Indian cuisine section Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portion control Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and maintain a positive attitude Monitor and minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
