Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Oversee the installation commissioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure seamless plant operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute mechanical projects within defined timelines and budgets Monitor and optimize the performance of mechanical systems to achieve maximum efficiency and reliability Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures and implement corrective and preventive measures Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards during mechanical operations and maintenance activities Support the Mechanical Lead in planning and executing predictive and preventive maintenance schedules Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing innovative solutions for mechanical processes Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the procurement installation and servicing of mechanical equipment Maintain detailed documentation of mechanical systems including maintenance records technical specifications and operational manuals Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience in mechanical operations maintenance or project execution within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment Proven expertise in handling mechanical systems and equipment in large-scale industrial setups Educational Background Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory Advanced certifications in mechanical systems or maintenance management preferred Years Type of Experience 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within a manufacturing or process industry Exposure to project execution and commissioning activities in a heavy industrial environment Domain Expertise In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps compressors conveyors and heat exchangers Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing mechanical equipment performance Understanding of safety standards and protocols in industrial operations
