Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate should have minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least 2 complete LMS implementation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver SuccessFactors LMS solutions that meet organizational learning and compliance needs. Experience: - Minimum 7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. - At least 2 end-to-end LMS implementations Key Skills: - Strong SuccessFactors LMS implementation experience (minimum 2 end-to-end projects). - Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Reporting, and Admin tools. - Hands-on experience in integration, configuration, and system administration within SuccessFactors LMS. - Experience with content management, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with HR, L&D, and IT teams to understand learning and compliance requirements. - Configure and maintain SuccessFactors LMS modules, including learning administration, curriculum management, certifications, compliance tracking, and reporting. - Perform system integrations with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) or third-party LMS/content providers. - Design and create dashboards, analytics, and reports to provide actionable insights for learning programs. - Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users. - Support data migration, workflows, notifications, and system enhancements. - Provide guidance on best practices, compliance standards, and system optimization.
