Location- PAN India


Exp- 7 to 17 years



About the Role



We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to drive the implementation and enhancement of our performance and goal management processes. This role will focus on aligning system capabilities with talent strategy and performance culture. Candidate must have SAP SuccessFactors LMS knowledge to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SF LMS, with a strong understanding of learning strategy, compliance training, and user experience.



Responsibilities



  • Responsible to design and configure SAP SF PMGM modules to support performance reviews, goal setting, and calibration
  • Coordinate with Business to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Experience in developing templates, workflows, and forms for performance cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to define learning strategies and translate them into system solutions.
  • Integrate LMS with other SAP modules and third-party content providers.
  • Customize learning workflows, curricula, items, and programs.
  • Able to support change management and resolve operational issues
  • Experience in monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Experience in Agile ways of working and able to prioritize Dev and Ops activities with less oversight


Qualifications



  • 8 to 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM & LMS Modules
  • Rich experience in understanding talent management and Learning Management modules and its best practices.
  • Certification in SAP SF PMGM and LMS modules is mandatory.
  • Proficient in translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Worked in at least two full-cycle PMGM & LMS implementations.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or SAP CPI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working in DevOps team is preferred.
