Job Summary: A Tele Collection Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to customers to remind them about pending or overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments. Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections. Explain billing details, outstanding amounts, and payment options clearly. Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments. Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary. Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during interactions. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Required Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets. Customer relationship management.
