Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain a strong follow-up with leads to convert them into sales. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Update and manage customer data in CRM tools. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets. Participate in product training and continuous skill development. Required Skills & Qualifications Any degree (BBA, BCom, BE, MBA, or any relevant field). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
